(1) to (2)-(4), all his messuages, etc., in the town and fields of Bonhorden (parish of St Goorran), currently held by (2); for (2)-(4) to hold for term of their lives. Rent 22s yearly at the 4 terms usual in the manor of Nansladron, plus a best beast as heriot or farleu, 1 capon at Christmas, 1 day's work at harvest or 2d, suit of court and all other services; tenants to maintain the property.
