Lease for term of 60 years

 

John Arundell, esquire, lord of Lanhaddron = (1)

 

John William de Bonordon = (2)

 

(1) to (2), all his messuages, etc., in the town of Bonordon (parish of Sanctus Goronus); for (2) to hold of (1) for term of 60 years. Rent 26s 8d yearly at 4 terms, plus suit of court twice yearly in the manor of Lanhaddron, and all other services; tenant to maintain the property, taking timber from trees growing upon it. Warranty.
