(13 Hen VII) Inspeximus and confirmation of lease for term of 90 years John Arundell knight, lord of Lanhern = (1) Oto John Symon and Nicholas John Symon = (2)-(3) Recites: indented charter, dated 20th Mar 1481 (21 Edw IV), made by Thomas Arundell, esquire, father of (1), to John Symon, father of (2)-(3), of 2 tenements in Trurewe borough, 16 acres of land in the field of Gwelecrokeprynnyar, a close of land called Truruvyan [sic], and 2 acres of land in the field of Gwelenansmure, all formerly held by John Symon, and a vacant plot of land in Trurewe borough lately held by Michael Maundell; for John Symon and his assigns to hold for term of 90 years from the previous Christmas [1480]; rent £4 3s 11d yearly at 4 terms, plus suit of Thomas Arundell's court of Truruvyan, and a best beast as heriot. Now (1) to (2)-(3), sons and assigns of John Symon, confirmation of those properties during the term stated. Peter Bevyll, esquire, John Tregyan then mayor of Truruburgh, Nicholas Ive.
