John Arundell of Lanherne, esquire = (1)

 

John Corffe of St Tyrven, yeoman, and Dionisia his wife = (2)-(3)

 

(1) to (2)-(3), a tenement in the Church Towne of St Tyrven alias Erven, currently occupied by (2) at (1)'s will, together with all messuages, houses, cottages, tofts, orchards, curtilages, gardens, lands, meadows, pastures, feedings, commons, wastes, furze, heath, moors, marshes, waters, water-courses and hereditaments belonging; and with as much of the lane [sic] of Trembleth as adjoins any part of the premises, as far as the tenement extends next to the lane; all lately the inheritance of (2), and granted by him to (1) and to Hugh Boscawen, gentleman, and to their heirs for ever, to (1)'s sole use. For (2)-(3) to hold for term of their lives, with remainder after their deaths to their first-born son, if they have one, for term of his life. Rent 3s 4d yearly until they have a son, plus suit of court of the manor of Trembleth, for all rents and services; after they have a son, rent £13 10s during the first year, and 3s 4d after that, yearly at 4 terms; plus suit of court. Warranty. Appointment of William Pers, gentleman, and William Hanne, yeoman, as attorneys to deliver seisin. Signature of (2).
