(1) to (2)-(3), all the messuages, lands and tenements which (2) has held conventionarily of (1) in the vill of Treueglus; for (2)-(3) to hold for term of their lives. Rent 24s 11d yearly at 4 terms, plus 21d to the chief lords on (1)'s behalf, suit to (1)'s court of Penpol twice yearly, and a best beast as heriot. Warranty.
