Richard Benyon, formerly known by the name of Richard Fellowes, of Englefield House, Berks, Esq., as trustee, as to the copyhold lands held of the Manor of Ramsey, for the late Edward, 1st Lord De Ramsey, the then Lord of the Manor, and his heirs, to William Henry 2nd Lord De Ramsey, the now owner of the freehold of the Manor of Ramsey. Reciting a settlement of 2nd September, 1875, by which the 2nd Lord De Ramsey has become the owner for life of the Manor, and a codicil to the 1st Lords will, by which the trustees of the will are requested to obtain surrenders from the person in whom the legal estate in all the Ramsey copyhold lands of his is vested to the person in whom the legal estate in the freehold of the Manor is vested. All the copyholds held of the Manor of Ramsey (further described) to hold to the intent that the copyhold in the same premises may be merged and extinguished and that the same premises may then go to the uses specified in the settlement and Will above.
