Townley proposes at his own expense to erect an Iron Suspension Bridge over 'the Hundred Foot River' near Goldings in parish of Welney, Cambs.) 5/- p.a. Their rights to take Tolls for the people, animals and other things using the banks near the Bridge and crossing the Bridge. Endorsed: Release Governor, Bailiffs and Commonalty to Rev. Townley the proviso and agreement contained in the Lease reserving to them the right of pre emption. |
