(i) John Horton of Sedrup, Hartwell, yeoman, and Jane his wife.

 

(ii) John Plomer of Stone, gent., father of Jane Horton.

 

Covenant by i conditional upon receipt of £200 from ii to settle messuages and lands of £10 yearly value in Stone and Hartwell on nominees of ii, after death of Francis and Joan Horton, his parents, to use of John Horton for life, afterwards to use of his wife.
