Description:

(i) Thomas Curle the elder of Swanbourne, yeoman, Thomas Curle the younger of Swanbourne, yeoman.

 

(ii) John Cooke of Water Eaton, Bletchley, yeoman, Elizabeth Curle of Swanbourne, spinster, daughter of Thomas Curle.

 

Marriage to be solemnised between John Cooke and Elizabeth Curle.

 

i agrees on marriage to pay £100 to John Cooke also to convey lands in Water Eaton on Ambrose Curle attaining the age of 21 years or on his death.

 

ii agrees to convey his lands in Leighton Buzzard as security for jointure of Elizabeth his future wife.
