Description:

(i) Thomas Andrews of Chesham, builder, James Bryant of Chorley Wood in parish of Rickmansworth, carpenter, surviving devisees and executors named in will of Samuel Bryant of Chenies, carpenter and builder.

 

(ii) Samuel Bryant of Chenies, carpenter.

 

(iii) William Ford of Chesham, auctioneer.

 

(iv) John Gomme of St. Julians in parish of St. Stephens, co. Herford, farmer, and Sarah his wife, late Sarah Talbot, daughter and surviving executrix of John Talbot of Chenies, grocer, deceased.

 

(v) William Holloway Marshall of Chesham, gent.

 

Release (i) to (ii) of 4 messuages at Ley Hill, Chesham. (iii) to hold property in trust for (ii).

 

Assignment (iv) to (v) of so much of above property comprised in term of 1000 years (D-CH/A/170-171) in trust for (ii) and to await the inheritance.

 

Consideration: £225 pd. to (i) by (ii).
