Indenture of conveyance from Arthur Field Hobbs of Dunstable, florist, to Frederick Robinson and Alfred George Headey of Dunstable, florists, for £4000, of several pieces or parcels of land in Dunstable with the messuages, greenhouses, buildings and erections thereon specified in attached schedules (see below and shown on attached plans (not copied): all which hereditaments specified in the first schedule formerly formed parts of the British Land Company's Estate and are sold subject to the restrictions and stipulations as to building lines and fencing contained in the conveyances thereof from the said Company; and all which hereditaments specified in the second schedule formerly formed part of the West Parade Estate are sold subject to restrictions and stipulations etc contained in the conveyances thereof from Horace Slade.
