Gage v. Hoblyn. Case relating to a mill at Upper Redbrook, Newland, Gloucs., used as a paperworks and later as a copperworks. Benedict Hall leased the mill to John Coster in 1709; the lawsuit is brought on behalf of Viscountess Gage, daughter of Benedict Hall, against Thomas Coster for failure to carry out repairs in accordance with the terms of the lease.
