Source description Format is proprietary and no technical specification is available publically. All file types generated by each version of QuarkXpress conform to either known signature. Further research has revealed inidividual versions can be identified and Versions 6 and 10 have their own individual entries - with more to be added where opportunity allows. Known QuarkXpress file types are: qxd - QuarkXpress Document; qxl - QuarkXpress Library; qcd - QuarkXpress Article; qxt - QuarkXpress Template; qxp - QuarkXpress Project
