Marjorie's War

Marjorie’s War tells the story of Marjorie Secretan and her two wartime romances. Using the Fair family archive of diaries, over 800 letters and 400 photographs telling of love and loss, this provides a rare insight into female and Home Front experiences and war’s impact on Edwardian England. However, it is not just Marjorie’s story. She connects the lives of four families, who between them waved nine young men off to war, some never to return.
