Contents:
Thomas Bedon to John, son of Robert Sawer of Swinstead.
Property: 9 acres of land in Swinstead:
2 acres in eight selions in the South field, to the north of a "cultura" once William Cantyng's in Brambuthagh;
1 acre lying above Heykeyr in three selions against land once of Alice del Weld to the north and abutting on headland, once Richard Chyldman's of Corby, to the east:
1½ acres in two selions to the west of the "cultura" of the said William Cantyng in Bymbulldell;
1 acre in one selion lying in North acres between land once John's, son of William, to the west and the land which John Brune held of the abbot of Vaudey to the east;
3 acres at Bethwayth in five large and three small selions, all abutting at the east end on land of William Cantyng and at the west end on land of the Abbot of Vaudey;
1 acre in the West field at Wellestrybe in four selions of which two lie between the land of Elizabeth once wife of Robert de Brune and of John de Brune, and abut to the north on the road to Swaffley; and the other two lie between lands once of Thomas Carpenter to the north, and lands once of John Sleygh to the south and abut to the west on Wellestrybe Hill.
Witnesses: John Golbe, chaplain, John Draper, Ralph Kinchard (?), John Cantyng, Hugh Reale, Roger at Hall, all of Swinstead.
Seal. On a tag, damaged. A rose.
