(Recital of will of Thomas Bullock, 22 February 1735, bequest to poor of Lanlivery who had no weekly pay: £100 to be invested in land by the 'Masters and Governors of the said parish of Lanlivery'. T. Bullock earlier gave £10 to poor of Lanlivery - rent of this £110 to be distributed by Masters and Governors yearly among poor house-holders, widows, and fatherless children of Lanlivery who had no parish pay twice yearly on the Sunday next before 1 August and Sunday next before 2 February. Recital (ii) contracted with (i) for purchase of lands (below for £90).

Lands common and common pasture in Roseannon in St. Wenn part of a tenement formerly held by Petherick Best, decd., i.e. - all that part of the barn, mowhay and court allotted by division and agreement; the two higher Long Parks, the Ball, the Little Meadow by the Well Moor and one little garden taken out of one meadow there called the Higher Garden by the lane. With right of way for carriages through Lower Long Park (formerly in poss. of Edwd. Best, decd.), from the two higher Long Parks and the Ball. (Formerly granted in lease to Warren Tippett by John Silly, esq. (both then decd.) by lease of 3 February 1669. Since granted in lease to Christian Thomas by Hendra Silly, esq., decd. By lease of 2 January 1703). With residue of a thousand years' term granted to John Hussey of Marnhull, Dorset, esq. (decd.) (with other land) by conveyance of 17 June 1699 (conveyance by William Silly, Trevelver, esq. (decd.) and Hender Silly, his son and heir apparent to John Hussey (above)). This term assigned by assignment of 20 July 1725 by John Hussey to Richard Saundry, son of (i), in trust for (i). Richard Saundry to stand vested in term of 1000 years in trust for (ii).
Conveyance in trust for proceeds to be spent by (ii) on charity to be distributed twice yearly to the poor of Lanlivery.
